Spicy Beans
Ingredients
- 400g beans of choice or mixed
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp panch phoron
- 0.5 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 small onion
- 0.5 small red pepper
- Salt, pepper to taste
Method
- Fry onion and pepper until soft and golden
- Add spice mixes, fry for 1 minute
- Add beans, coat in mixture
- Add tinned tomatoes
- Cook & reduce for ~25 minutes
